Lifetime cleaningUltrasonic clean and polish, in studio or by post.
Stone tighteningAnnual inspection and re-tipping of claws at no cost.
Manufacturing defectsRepaired or replaced without charge, no time limit.
Your written warrantyEvery piece is covered against manufacturing faults for at least 24 months from dispatch. The product page states the cover for each piece.
First resizeFree within twelve months on eligible settings.
Not included
Loss, theft, and accidental damage are not covered by warranty. We can recommend a specialist jewellery insurer and will provide a valuation for the purpose.
